5. Quotations & Orders

Quotations provided by SOCO are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. An order is considered accepted only when SOCO issues a written order confirmation. Until confirmation, SOCO may decline any order at its discretion.

• Quotations are based on current material and exchange rates and may be adjusted upon revalidation;
• Production lead times are estimates and may vary due to supply chain conditions;
• Cancellation or modification of a confirmed order may incur charges for work already completed.

6. Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are quoted in USD on an EXW (Ex Works) or FOB Foshan basis, exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and freight. Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment for standard orders;
• Accepted methods: T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance;
• Late payment may result in shipment delays or order suspension without liability to SOCO.

7. Limitation of Liability

SOCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or its products. Dental equipment must be operated by trained professionals in accordance with the provided instructions. SOCO is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modification of products.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any transaction with SOCO shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.

If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Foshan Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
